The Web Magazine focuses on alumni news and campus events from Gardner-Webb College; now Gardner-Webb University. This issue begins with an article about Charles Tichenor, a successful businessman who joined GWU faculty as the new chief executive-in-residence and professor of business. Following is an update about changes concerning the GW Divinity School, an article praising GWU President Chris White on having received an honorary doctorate of musical arts from Moscow State University, and praises for Gardner-Webb's success in becoming a "top scholarship school". Also, the additions/changes to the Noel Program for the Disabled are discussed, Bert and Debbie Ayers are recognized for their missionary work in Albania, and sports updates are provided. The issue concludes with faculty/staff recognitions, an article in honor of Winifred Lindsay who was a long-time benefactor of GW scholarship funds, and one student's personal testimony of the usefulness of Gardner-Webb GOAL Program.
